We are delighted to announce the third edition of the International Pyramids Olive Oil & Table Olive Competition, proudly named “The Ankh Edition – The Key of Life,” inspired by one of the most powerful symbols of ancient Egyptian civilization.

In ancient Egypt, the Ankh represented life, vitality, and the continuity of existence. The olive tree carries a meaning that beautifully connects with this symbolism. For thousands of years, it has been a source of nourishment, health, and prosperity, deeply rooted in the relationship between people and the land. Its fruit gives us food, its oil has long been valued for its many benefits, and the tree itself stands as a symbol of resilience, endurance, and renewal.

By bringing these two symbols together, the Ankh Edition celebrates more than the quality of olive oil and table olives. It celebrates the life that begins in the soil, grows through the care of farmers, and reaches the world through the dedication and craftsmanship of producers.

Building on the success of our previous editions, this international competition continues to welcome producers from Egypt and around the world, providing a platform to recognize outstanding quality, celebrate creativity, and give distinguished olive products the international recognition they deserve.

The competition features two main categories:

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition

-Table Olive Quality Competition

Through this edition, we aim to strengthen the connection between Egypt’s rich heritage and the future of the global olive industry, while encouraging producers to pursue higher standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability.
